Carol Breen is a Human Resource Consultant with 20+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, and performance management.  With leadership practice roles at two HR global consulting firms, she has broad industry experience, along with a focus on health care, service and growth companies.  Carol is designated as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by World@Work and was HR Committee Chair for the Women’s Economic Club, and is past President of MoCA - the local World@Work chapter.

Craig Lamiman specializes in human resource management, labor relations, executive compensation and operations management.

Eileen Vernor specializes in executive compensation analysis and design, data integration, and office systems.

Catherine Smith specializes in employee communications.  

Dr. Theresa Welbourne is the founder and president of eePulse, an employee survey company and a research professor at the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California.
